Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. You can order a single item, place individual customer orders, or submit larger batches when your business needs them.
How does cumulative seller pricing work?
Your account price level is based on cumulative purchase quantity. As eligible purchase volume grows, your account can qualify for lower product prices.
Do all products have the same price at each level?
No. Materials, sizes, production methods, and fulfillment requirements vary, so each product has its own pricing.
How can I submit orders?
You can create orders manually, import multiple orders using an XLSX, XLS, or CSV file, or submit completed order data through the order API. The API is for order submission only and does not provide access to the product design tool.
Do you currently support Shopify or other marketplaces?
Direct marketplace integrations are not currently available. Manual ordering, spreadsheet import, and order API submission are available today. Additional ecommerce integrations may be added in the future.
Can I track shipments?
Trackable shipping options are available for eligible orders. Services and delivery estimates depend on the product, destination, and selected carrier.
